My role involved working on different campaigns that had been outsourced to the Radar Group. As a Customer Service Executive I was involved in campaigns such as informing shareholders of relevant opportunities to purchase new shares from companies in which they had already invested in. The majority of my time spent at Radar was working for a Specialist Funds Management Company, who had been approached to takeover entity and management of a Mortgage Fund. Working within a team of five, it involved working long hours (12 hours a day, 6 days a week) to complete the project on time. My call targets were met and exceeded during this period, whilst also achieving excellent quality communication reports. The company was successful in its takeover attempt.
