• Support the delivery of an efficient HR service across the business.• Assist with day to day operations of the HR function. Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Team.• Compile and update employee records, including Personnel and Training.• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, absence, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)• Liaise with recruitment agencies and be the first point of contact for any agency enquiries.• Coordinate HR projects (interviews, meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take notes.• Manage, update and upload new employees on the Equator system and regularly maintain this system.• Assist in the onboarding process including, interviewing, new starter set up, right to work checks and deliver HR inductions.• Attend disciplinary, performance, grievance and investigation meetings in the capacity of note taker (have the ability to take accurate handwritten notes).• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.• Compile reports and relevant documentation for payroll preparation.• Management and control of T&A system• Source candidates through various channels i.e. LinkedIn, Jobs Boards, Agencies and keep accurate records.• Contribute to the development of the team through active involvement in team meetings, objectives, project work and communications – including responsibility of updating canteen presentation.• Reception duties, including answering calls, incoming and outgoing mail, as well as booking travel.
