Shaikh Eimtiaz Ahmed is an experienced Marketing Manager specializing in Anti-Diabetic medications, Insulins, Anti-Obesity therapies, and Cardiovascular solutions with a proven track record of advancing care in cardio-metabolic health. Presently, he is a supervisor of 5 executives while reporting to DGM. Besides attending regular KPI reviews, he has to manage 50+ KOLs & 300+ FFs & accountable for portfolio top & bottom line improvement. He believes in ethical brand building through GTM & Patient-centric approach. In 9+ years of his career journey, he was responsible for launching & handling multiple projects in Diabetes Management which contributed to reach strategic goal of NCDs of Bangladesh Government. - In 2023, He was the key person launching world's first generic Tirzepatide-TIRZEP® in Bangladesh to fight overweight & obesity which is presently one of most important challenges for Healthier Population. In the same year He launched first once-weekly DPP-4i MARZEV® which is the most convenient solution till date in this category. In the same year, He executed country's first diabetic foot symposium with BIRDEM & Dia-Ramadan Program to raise awareness of Diabetes Management.- In 2022, Eimtiaz played a leadership role during the formation of the first Advisory Board of ACI Antidiabetics with the leading stakeholders of Diabetes & Endocrinology to become align with the national strategy of controlling Diabetes. - In 2021, He launched dedicated call center named "DiaTone®" which is the first of its kind project ensuring access to knowledge of diabetes self-management by the marginalized population. - Other notable projects include launching of reusable insulin device-"Biopen Flexi®", launching of almost painless 4mm insulin needle-Penfine Classic®, Launching of Biopen® with the collaboration of swiss giant-Ypsomed which is still the only disposable Pen available by a local company. These projects reduced out of pocket expense while accessing international standard products.In earlier of his career, He handled insulin Brands - Diasulin®, Acilog® & Glarine® and ensured profitable growth. Moreover, he is attached with several RWE studies of his Brands & gained applicable knowledge of Health Informatics. He is a national scholarship holder during SSC & HSC & first class pharmacy graduate. He has earned MBA in Marketing from University of Dhaka & aspiring chartered marketer.
