Einar Stenstadvold established Kaste AS in early 2014, to capitalize on his experience as an executive that has shown the ability to realize large renewable energy companies world wide. Kaste AS is advicing and supporting execution of large renewable energy projects on behalf of investors in emerging markets. Einar and Kaste AS is currently involved in projects under execution or in operation in Central America, Africa and Eastern Europe. Einar came to the SN Power Group in 2003 as Executive Vice President for Asia. When Einar left the Asian operation to establish Agua Imara in 2009, SN Power's portfolio had grown to almost 1000 MW of renewable energy assets in operation or under construction. in 2009 Einar established Agua Imara AS as a hydropower company with projects in operation and under construction in Central America and Africa. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Agua Imara from 2009 to 2014Stenstadvold came from Norske Skogindustrier ASA (at that time the world's second largest publication paper manufacturer), where he was responsible for turnaround, restructuring and divestment projects outside the company's core business in Norway, Sweden, Canada, the USA and Brazil. Stenstadvold has also 15 years experience from Norsk Hydro ASA (formerly an oil and gas, chemicals and light alloy conglomerate), where he worked within downstream oil and industrial gases business. He worked as CEO of subsidiaries outside Norway, as Project Director within Mergers and Acquisitions, Marketing Manager and as Strategic Planner. In his earlier days he also worked for Mobil Oil AS Norge (oil products) within strategy and business development. Stenstadvold holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen Norway.
