About Einar Vollset

I am a co-founder of TinySeed, the premier Venture Fund and Accelerator for ambitious B2B SaaS companies not (necessarily) on the traditional venture track. I am also the Founding Partner at Discretion Capital, a technology enabled investment bank focused on sell side M&A for B2B SaaS Companies between $2m and $20m ARR. TinySeed has invested in 100+ B2B SaaS Companies in the US and internationally. We run 2 biannual, remote accelerators (one on the North American timezone, and one on the European timezone). My focus is on investor relations, as well as advising portfolio companies on M&A, enterprise sales and fundraising.I am deeply technical and tend to write in-depth analysis pieces on B2B SaaS investing and M&A trends. I used to be a professor of Computer Science at Cornell, and I co-founded a YCombinator funded company acquired by Google.
