Support using Active Directory and Exchange• Opening, treatment, and follow up of service calls from company users in English and Hebrew• Phone support and remote access: PC, laptops, tablets, hand held terminals, and cell phones (for access to company e-mails on users’ cell phones), printers, Win operating systems, Microsoft Office, SAP, as well as other company systems

• Production and handling of daily and monthly reports regarding: supplies, contracts, licenses, and special access for employees• Responsible for training and integration of new representatives• Opening, treatment, and follow up of service calls from company users (about 2000 employees)• Support with relevant service providers from within and outside of the company

• Project management from both design and marketing aspects, handling of different media outlets and service providers• Broad support and accompaniment: budget building, design, presentation preparation and delivery, proofreading, and print production• Image design for campaigns and new businesses, design of newspaper print ads, billboards, and other advertising products
