I worked at Kefalos Dairy Company for one year in 2015. I was on Attachment where I had the chance to learn dairy products development (Cheese production, ice cream production, yoghurt production and fresh milk production. I also did quality control of finished products as well as quality checks in the production line. I also voluntarily worked at Mr Brands, another local food company which produces a wide range of dried foods such as malt, beans, soya chunks, and so on as well as dairy products such as yogurt, sour milk and dairy juices. I played a pivotal role in the implementation of HACCP at the company as well registration of the company with the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ)
