Quality Assurance Analyst
Current- Test development versions of software and report issues/bugs found during regression testing before making software available to customers as an update.
- Investigate issues received from customers and report details to developers for potential software patches and/or inclusion of fixes in a future release of software.
- Work with developers on experimental features and provide feedback/design details in the development process to help ensure quality before reaching customers.
- Install and maintain API testing sandboxes for customers to interface with software. (Custom eCommerce shop, integration with fuel systems for car washes, custom third-party integrations, etc.)
- Install and test new hardware to ensure compatibility with existing functionality and/or provide new functionality/features not previously available with existing software/hardware combinations currently sold to.
- Create and tailor custom-created mobile apps for customers to better align with their brand and allow the purchase of services from a mobile device for ease of use of the customer’s clientele.
