About Eric Ippolito

Eric Ippolito is a Campaign Product Manager at The Pokémon Company International. He possess expertise in community management, video games, facebook, social media, social media marketing and 5 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "While working with Eric, it was easy to see how important he was to the velocity and trajectory of Destiny 2 Live Service Team. He was instrumental in driving the team through calm and choppy waters, leveraging his expertise to create pristine Production plans to guided the team towards efficient and successful launches. His dedication to understanding, reinforcing, and improving our development pipelines created the necessary room for myself and the team to focus on getting the job done. I admire is attention to detail and willingness to dive headfirst into challenging problem spaces, only to come out the other side with more gained than lost. To round it all out, he's simply a pleasure to work with. I would count myself lucky to work with him again in the future.", "I worked with Eric at Bungie in 2024 on a cross-functional product team for the Marathon IP. In our 6 months of working together on Marathon, Eric investigated opportunities to improve the overall player experience around retention systems and connect players with the rest of of the game to create a seamless and cohesive ecosystem. He built and presented competitive analysis and explained to our team how different competitor titles were handling key features, what pitfalls they faced, and what areas we could improve to meet or exceed expectations. It was easy for me to ad hoc sync with Eric and contribute to creative conversations or work through a problem space together. He demonstrated deep empathy for players and business goals, and he always thought critically about bringing both sets of needs to drive positive results. On top of this, Eric is simply a joy to work with – you can count on him for laughs and ample collaborative energy that never lets up! I’d strongly recommend Eric for any product management position.", and "Eric was my mentor, and eventually became my manager, while we worked together at Scopely. My first experience working with him was while I was onboarding for my role as Live-Ops Producer. He put together a fully comprehensive outline of expectations, milestones, and guides for me (which I still use to this day). He's incredibly well organized and detail oriented, and helped teach me how to juggle the massive workload for producing Live-ops content. First and foremost, Eric was (and can only assume still is) an incredibly supportive, collaborative, and thoughtful team member. Although I was hired on to take-over the production responsibilities from him, he always made time to help me with issues I was having. He has a great knack for guiding you to your own solutions rather than telling you the best way to do something. He was also an excellent product manager for our team, where he brought a strong data driven approach to content design. He was a significant contributor to the vision and direction of the product/team. 10/10, would work with Eric again."

Listed skills include Community Management, Video Games, Facebook, Social Media, and 6 others.
