Graduated from LAB-university of applied sciences at spring 2023 as a experience and service designer. I found interest in this field while I was working for Lahti City ry part-time. I am interested in Urban development, customer relations development and customer interaction development. I am keen to learn and work in an environment where one can design and study customer experience that would benefit both the customer and the company, I feel that taking all point-of-views into consideration before making important decision is very important to create a business and service that will benefit all sides. I also have a degree in Business Administrations (Lab University of Applied Sciences) that I believe will help me to understand this field better.
