Eira has also held senior payroll positions at BT, Mouchel, Hewitt/Cyborg and Hi as well as running her own Payroll and HR Consultancy company for nearly 15 years. Eira has frequently been mentioned by Reward Strategy as one of the most influential and dedicated leaders of the Payroll and HR industry in Reward 300.The focus of her 40+ year career includes 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
