Focus on business development, innovation, sales and new opportunities for the Lindorff Group. My focus was on "off shoring", telecom, energy, bank, finance and large deals in the private sector. I was responsible for establishing Lindorff`s offshore activities in the Baltic (Vilnius) and the birth of Lindorff Match AS.

My focus as a CEO of Lindorff Customer Services AS was to digitalized the front end communication with the marked. Responsible for building the Lindorff callsenters in Norway, Sweden and Lithuania (total of 750 agents). In my period as a member of the management Group we transform Lindorff from a national Norwegian company to the largest company in the Nordic region in its branch.

CMO – Sales and Marketing Officer, Q-Free MagCom AS. Responsible for business development, company strategy, sales strategy and overall market know how and trends with a aim at the Asian market. MagCom was a venture project that launched a mobile phone in magnesium. The phone was launched in Norway in 2001. Founder of the company. Reported to CEO

CEO EM Data A.S. Software company with 70 employees. Responsible for merging EMData in to Rubicon Norge and restructuring the company. Main focus: Overall strategy, organizational development and change. Rubicon Norge AS (a legal entity in the SPCS-Group ASA, now VismaASA – public company). Responsible for the companies 270 distributors in Norway, the budget process, the daily following-up of major contracts, daily reports, sales analysis and sales strategy.

Responsible for building a new market segment in the group - Security. Focus: Product strategy, organization culture, sales and marketing activities. The Security segment grew from 6 employees to 180 employees within 6 years - and became one of the market leaders in the industry. Projects like security on Gardermoen airport was one of many success stories.
