Passionate about creative problem solving and building good solutions, Eirik has a broad skill-set and experiences ranging from start-up to large corporate, covering the process industry and materials to FMCG, spanning Europe , Asia and Australia.Eirik has led multiple strategy and operational excellence projects for industry leaders, as well as supported large and small companies with business development and securing funding for their R&D activities, through various consultancy roles. Through founding and leading a hard-tech start-up for a decade, a rich on-the-ground experience has been gained covering all aspects of developing an idea to reality and building a business. The company developed a fundamentally new approach for ultra fine metal powder production, ultimately acquired by a leading Asian player.
