• Execution and development of first ever HVDC transmission line infrastructure project in private sector i.e. ±660 kV HVDC Matiari-Lahore (886 km) Transmission Line Project with transmission capability of 4000 MW under CPEC Agreement between Govt. of Pakistan and Government of People’s Republic of China. The Project is planned to transmit power from coal fired power plants and involves investment of US$ 1.658 Billion.• In the process of exploring the possibility of International Donor’s assistance (World Bank, USAID, IFC) for development of Framework including EOI, RFP and Security Package Documents (IA, TSA, LLA, O&M etc.) for conduct of first ICB for Transmission Line Infrastructure Projects.

● Successfully processed first ever state of the art 04 (four) R-LNG based IPPs with cumulative capacity of 4900 MW through public sector in record shortest development time, highest efficiency in the industry and lowest capital cost/tariff. ● Handled multifarious issues related to implementation of various IPPs (oil/gas) with cumulative capacity of 1,075 MW processed as unsolicited private projects and IPPs through Public-Private Partnership, towards successful commissioning. ● As an active part of team, I productively led all tasks related to preparation of RFPs, responding to queries of prospective Bidders, arrangement of Pre-Bid Conferences, conduct of ICBs in smoothly, transparent and timely fashion, evaluation of Technical and Financial Bids, preparation of Evaluation Reports, award of contract to successful Bidders, contract finalization/execution and administration. So far my team has successfully conducted and administered 08 separate Rounds of ICBs for IPPs with cumulative capacity of 4,500 MW.● Monitored and reviewed the conduct of feasibility studies of IPPs in collaboration with infrastructure technical assistance loans of Asian Development Bank and GoP entities.● Involved in preparation of power policies, Interpretation of policy provisions and evaluation of EPC Contracts. Ensured compliance of project agreements comprising IA, PPA/TSA.
