Under the direction of the Human Services Director, research and assess city run recreation programs user fees. Produce a user fees analysis and report to reflect increases in program fees. Formulation of financial reports regarding participants in a city recreation program. Conduct research among neighboring cities afterschool teen center to ensure a higher number of participants as well as the quality of programs offered. Assist in any miscellaneous responsibilities including large event logistics and recreation event programming.

As a graduate teaching assistant I assisted a full time University of Idaho Recreation professor in three undergraduate recreation classes. These included "Rec 107- outdoor pursuits (3 credits)". This class focused on an introduction to outdoor recreation and tourism pursuits -via theoretical discussion, examination of current trends and hands- on programming and participation opportunities. "Rec 216: River recreation and watercraft safety (3 credits). This first quarter class focused on Introduction to water crafts (river board, rafts, canoes, inflatables, etc) and teaching basic paddling skills and aspects of safety. Additional content includes: river policy, history, culture, careers/guiding, equipment maintenance/storage, river camping and leadership along with a 2-day, 1-night river trip on the Salmon River. Finally, a (1 credit) whitewater kayaking class focused on basic whitewater kayaking skills including equipment, rolling, eddy turns, ferrying, and rapid maneuvering. During my time as a Graduate teaching assistant I assisted students in forming recreation programs including building itineraries that included resources, site information, risks and educational outcomes.
