I am entrusted to close client project deals and ensure profitable contracts for our services. In 2013, Birlasoft formed a partnership with SuccessFactors to provide advisory, business process maximization and implementation services for the cloud-based SuccessFactors Business Execution suite. I am now the principal of the SuccessFactors competency for Birlasoft. This has included orchestrating delivery and account management for 700+ customers in 124 countries. Further, I lead a large consulting and development team with a million-plus dollar P&L.✔ Solidified >$4MM account at large oil & gas company in India, expanding project team to 35 personnel and spawning other teams now with up to 120 staff in place for 5 years.✔ Increased SBU earnings from $75K in year 1 to as much as $10M in 10 years by growing internal professional services organization to 125 employees and contractors.✔ Transformed boutique SaaS implementation house (Learn2Perform) into a strategic business unit within $150B service provider.

In this contract role, I developed and enhanced the internal HR shared services center (SCC) in Tampa through change management, process improvement, communication and training.✔ Raised efficiencies by restructuring internal project management and change management group. - Redesigned methodology, clarified department roles and responsibilities and redefined acceptable project profile.✔ Enhanced the work lives of 24,000 partners and associates, lowering time spent on administrative duties to ~18% through creating delivering department and conducting 5 cultural shift projects in less than 2 years. - Established HR SSC to centralize department and unify processes, including billing and tracking.

I was brought in to create, implement and fine-tune change management programs for this $90M technology services company. My scope of work encompassed developing program and staffing structure, along with supporting programs via coordinating training and communication. I also controlled multimillion-dollar engagement and client budgets.✔ Yielded $500K+ in savings for clients within first year of shaping change management methodology and developing change management practice.

✔ Surpassed annual practice quota of $2.5M for 2 out of 3 years while serving as internal / external consultant to financial services, technology services, higher education, utilities, retail and advertising industries.✔ Executed change management for 10+ PeopleSoft ERP client upgrade / implementation projects.✔ Increased service satisfaction levels from 20% to 80%, amplified staff productivity 15% and reduced labor costs $390K annually by leading workshops and training on internal communications, restructuring staff and introducing 360 feedback / peer review system.
