Director Of Technology, Managing Partner
Current- Leading all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the Enterprise customers, from the initial RFIs, through to RFPs & RFQs if required,- Conducting project management and active participation in POCs in cooperation with the relevant teams both internally and externally stakeholders such as (customer and/or commercial partner,)- Analysing the IT environment of current and possible customers to detect critical deficiencies, identifying risks and impacts and recommend solutions of improvement as well as market trends that could have a positive impact to the customer’s institution,- Coordinating, reviewing and approving projects to ensure that they follow architectural standards, policies, and guidelines,- Dealing with third parties (vendors and partners) for proper solution designs and integration of the needed products and services,- Assisting sales activities of customer visits/meetings with business minded (business-related) technical view of the products/solutions and the technology that is needed, lying behind,- Presenting technical features of the products and solutions, responding to technical questions and making proof-of-concept demos in order to enlighten the customer,- Providing technical support to project teams as needed during post-sales activities and to be the focal point to resolve technical design issue as they may occur during the project delivery phase,- Monitoring new technology trends, identifying new technical solutions, and developing recommendations which could be useful for current and possible enterprise customers,- Following the specifications and publications related to new technologies,- Problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues as well as to be able to find alternative solutions to diverse problems,- Capacity planning and performance analysis for servers, storage, and network systems.
