- Leading all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the Enterprise customers, from the initial RFIs, through to RFPs & RFQs if required,- Conducting project management and active participation in POCs in cooperation with the relevant teams both internally and externally stakeholders such as (customer and/or commercial partner,)- Analysing the IT environment of current and possible customers to detect critical deficiencies, identifying risks and impacts and recommend solutions of improvement as well as market trends that could have a positive impact to the customer’s institution,- Coordinating, reviewing and approving projects to ensure that they follow architectural standards, policies, and guidelines,- Dealing with third parties (vendors and partners) for proper solution designs and integration of the needed products and services,- Assisting sales activities of customer visits/meetings with business minded (business-related) technical view of the products/solutions and the technology that is needed, lying behind,- Presenting technical features of the products and solutions, responding to technical questions and making proof-of-concept demos in order to enlighten the customer,- Providing technical support to project teams as needed during post-sales activities and to be the focal point to resolve technical design issue as they may occur during the project delivery phase,- Monitoring new technology trends, identifying new technical solutions, and developing recommendations which could be useful for current and possible enterprise customers,- Following the specifications and publications related to new technologies,- Problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues as well as to be able to find alternative solutions to diverse problems,- Capacity planning and performance analysis for servers, storage, and network systems.

- Managing of both departments, Business Applications Department (mainly Oracle EBS ERP Implementation) and IT Infrastructure Department of the company,- Establishing the IT Strategy consisting of people, processes, and technology with the consent of the high-level management, to collaborate with the high-level management to establish roadmaps for IT projects,- Identifying appropriate software and equipment, qualifying solutions, and vendors, evaluating/determining best value and source technologies,- Organizing and supervising the IT team, leading, and coordinating the workflow, define the IT KPIs, evaluating the performance, establishing the optimum structure and strengthen the performance of the team,- Preparing and maintaining the IT budgets, defining the investment needs and expenses and to follow them up,- Planning and implementing the IT processes and to control utilizing COBIT and other frameworks,- Ensuring as well as scheduling the necessary trainings for the team, accounted for the recruitment and orientation of the department,- Managing the IT related project portfolio, reviewing and approving the IT related service agreements and negotiations, conducting relationships and contracts with suppliers and service providers, follow up service levels,- Supervising the design and implementation of new applications and changes to existing systems and software packages,- Maintaining security and privacy standards of information systems, communication lines and equipments,- Reviewing and certifying all back-up, IT disaster recovery and business continuity procedures and plans,- Administering of Oracle ERP System (consultancy, application support, module implementation, system administration),- Regulating other business applications (support, development, improvement, administration).

- Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
