-Provide clinical and operational supervision and support to counsellors to ensure that they meet standards-Maintain up to date records such as supervision and performance notes -Manage and monitor counselling activities i.e. schedule adherence, debriefing, etc.; -Review and assess counsellors’ skills and performance-Collaborate, consult and build strong partnerships with colleagues in all departments-Offer debriefing or defusing as needed; support self-care and wellness strategies for counsellors; -Participate in the rotating schedule of on-call system-Take part in the hiring process, including vetting counsellor applications, interviewing and selection of successful candidates
