Managing projects of implementing ADAS systems in car models of leading automobile manufacturing companies.

Managing support teams, working with global high profile customers such as Oxford University, Library of Congress and the National Library of New Zealand. My responsibilities include ongoing management of support for several products, as well as managing the support of several customers, both globally and in Israel. In addition, I am the PMO of the Ex Libris Global Support Organization (GSO), which includes ~100 employees. I have led the project of restructuring support in tiers model, and the project of restructuring the knowledge base for both customers and staff. I have led the definitions of the GSO KPIs, and I am constantly in charge of measuring performance across the GSO, and maintaining the global process of improvement toward meeting our goals.
