As Co-Director of Academics, I ensure the intellectual and academic quality of our club’s discussions, debates, and readings. My responsibilities include:- Curating reading lists for discussion sessions, selecting texts on political philosophy, theory, and current events that foster critical reflection.- Providing members with summaries, reading guides, and key topics to facilitate meaningful discussions.- Moderating discussions and debates to maintain a constructive, academically focused environment.- Ensuring that all events align with the club’s intellectual goals, contributing ideas for the structure and content of our debates and conferences.

I participated in Maslool, a tailor-made personal and professional development program for young Jews from the diaspora, which included Hebrew lessons, an intensive army simulation program with the IDF, and a volunteering role at Save a Child’s Heart along with several trips and networking events through which I met Masa fellows from all around the world. Thanks to one month of intensive Hebrew lessons, I developed a more profound understanding of the local customs, food, and way of life by becoming proficient in Hebrew and immersing myself in the culture.I completed an intensive two-month military training program. I met people from all around the world and developed interpersonal skills, discipline, hard work, and selflessness. I volunteered at Save A Child's Heart, further developing a sense of selflessness by providing care and support for children with cardiac disease—I extended my network by engaging with other international participants in the program.
