Strategic planning, project management and execution of the Mt Owen Integration project for operating technology and supporting systems and processes. Transitioning 2 smaller non-Dispatch sites to a larger Dispatch attended FMS mine.

Supervision and leading a team of 12 personnel, including 8 Dispatchers and 4 hardwaretechnicians. Coaching and development of team for continued improvement. Management of large databases and Reporting Systems including report building and analysis in SSRS, PowerBI and Microsoft Excel. Managementand Administration for the Fleet Management System, Machine Guidance Systems,PCN Wireless Network, IVCS and CCTV and Safety Systems, Windows and Linux serveradmin.
