A dedicated professional with extensive experience in community services program management, I currently serve as Manager of Family and Mental Health Services at Jewish Care. I lead a dynamic team delivering person-centered support for individuals and families with complex needs, focusing on integrated service delivery and innovative practices. My previous roles include managing records and coordinated support programs for institutional child abuse victim-survivors vulnerable populations and development of a redress scheme for a past provider of institutional out of home ‘care’. With a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring both therapeutic expertise and practical leadership to support positive client outcomes. Passionate about community impact, I’ve contributed to Royal Commission submissions, and fostered inclusive, trauma-informed practices throughout my career.
