I became passionate about real estate when searching for my own 1st home, while I was a professor of film/media studies. I taught at Wellesley College, Emerson College, Babson College, and UT Austin and gave lectures at Harvard and MIT. I've also renovated a multi-family and converted it into modern condos, creating new homes for first-time buyers.To date, I've been involved in sales totaling over $80 million. While numbers can be impressive, they do not measure quality of service to clients. I could do a higher volume of sales per year by delegating to junior agents. Instead, I prefer to manage the purchase or sale process from start to finish for my clients. My business has expanded as satisfied home buyers and home sellers have referred family, friends, and co-workers to me for their real estate needs.
