Overseeing Operations and Supply Chain domains including, Raw material sourcing, Manufacturing/Production, Trims, Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain analyst.

- End to end supply chain cycle analysis to align all milestones in purchase order process to store deliveries for optimal business results.- Guided overall receipts scheduling for key promotion PO’s as well as replenishment PO’s to ensure smooth operation at downstream supply chain and Distribution network.- Leading the development of inbound transit matrix from dozens of origin ports destination ports for improvements of JIT strategy. ultimately reducing the cost while balancing with ideal leadtime.- Widen the inbound milestones and visibility for more accurate projections of inbound flow for the inland transportation capacity and DC capacity planning.- Developed core SOP’s for past due PO's, non-compliances to important business rules and matrix to mitigate the unknown flow or deviations to the business plans. - Provided master visibility to every import containers and domestic freight for immediate/mid and long term period by freight types.- Managed Logistic Operation team for day to day operation and exception process on origins booking/cargo receipt/shipping/drayage until every purchase order is arrived to the DC. - Analyzed freight volume trends by the sourcing locations for Annual Ocean bid event and volume allocation by carriers.- Developed PO prioritization for effective inbound operation at DC during peak season based on rail LFD, container free time, low DOS and other key criteria.- Developed and executed contingency processes for container flow disruptions due to port strike, weather and any other logistical challenges.- Managed store deliveries to over 200 retail chain acrossed North America region by engineering frequency, pallet max and days of delivery.- Participated/led supply chain initiatives/continuous improvement projects such as Omni Channel inventory management, Packaging re-engineering, eCommerce split logic development, Purchase order change process, etc.

 Conducted various analysis to recommend the long-term strategic plans of origin direct ship programs to the owners and executives team. Monitoring of the geographical sourcing trends and aligning them with company’s globalization objectives for its retail business. Discovered and Set up of vendor compliances. PO structuring to map the suppliers’ delivery flow in line with origin direct ship to retail market goals. Formation of RFP, RFQ for consolidator, 3PL, Transportation providers, Fixture and Equipment suppliers and temporary labor. Planning and formation of distribution/warehouse operation units in new market. – research locations, layout of floor, procurement of machinery and racking, staffing, mapping the processes. Collaboration with Allocation & Planning department for irregular inventory flow cure plans (peak season, inventory overflow, replenishment, back stock process, etc). Part of DC committee on various projects: Carton optimization, New DC process flow, internal process improvement, DC relocation lay out, etc. Responsible for remote distribution centers. Responsible for remote “Store Support Replenishment” enters. Responsible for remote Multi-Use(Store support replenishment/ eCommerce fulfillment) warehouses. Collaborating and supporting on-time launching for promo plans. Evaluated WMS and initiated a project to enhance and improve the productivities with KPI and goals. Set up of various research tools and market analysis functions for comprehensive preparation for new market entries.-product compliances, Industry standards, Markdown strategy for new open and existing markets. Involved with hiring and contracting of payroll, accounting, legal, marketing services in new markets. Development of freight forwarders, consolidator and 3PL logistic partners. Lead and accountable for Annual freight saving projects.  Special projects to implement the visibility tools and reports to monitor the in/outbound shipments.
