Design, implement, and track key performance indicators for client matters, practice group operations, and attorney and paraprofessional utilization rates. In designing these systems, I strive to increase the transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness of the legal services provided.

Since beginning my legal career at Gunster in 2016, I have represented national and international law firms and accounting firms in professional liability matters, covering a broad spectrum of subjects including corporate governance, bankruptcy, fraud, data breach investigations, and more. Additionally, I have represented businesses in general commercial litigation, handling cases related to breach of contract, real estate disputes, collections, fraud, and theft. My litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, managing all aspects of the discovery process, all with significant client interaction.
