Guide and advise all phases of patent prosecution with specialization in unusual cases, including reissue, reexamination, and supplemental examination. Lead independent analysis of the merits of an application at any and all points during prosecution. Tailor communications to technical and non-technical audiences alike, US and foreign partners - adjusting for subject matter knowledge and language proficiency. Engage in immersive and constant communication with technical and legal clients throughout Europe and Asia. Elected as a voting Member of the Firm’s Board of Directors; thoughtfully work to advance the best interests of the firm.
