I have worked with individuals and groups with wide age ranges and from disparate backgrounds. In my current work with the MoD, I proudly offer Learning and Development, Career Coaching and Transitional Services to HM Forces Personnel leaving service, ensuring a smooth and positive move back into the civilian workforce. An avid and passionate advocate for Neurodiversity with personal and professional background in Neurodiverse minds. Driven to educate and develop an understanding within communities about Neurodivergent minds and the amazing talents and abilities these minds can offer. Everyone has a unique brain and therefore different skills, abilities, and needs. I celebrate these differences and how these differences can contribute and make a positive difference at work, in life and society.I have worked with a wide variety of Neurodiverse minds in different environments, helping them to importantly understand themselves, how their brain works, help them develop strategies and learning approaches that work for them, which ultimately allows them to take ownership and move forward positively with their own developmental journey.
