Managed production of a comprehensive Visitor Experience Master Plan for the Library of Congress in collaboration with ARUP, batwin + robin productions, Bergen Street Studio, James S. Polshek, and Li/Saltzman Architects; organizing meetings, managing client communications, documenting research, and coordinating and editing deliverables for the project.

Part of a dynamic creative studio which produced content for this innovative online and catalog retailer.I wrote and edited online product copy, artist bios, homepage copy, and SEO-related copy.I wrote catalog copy and contributed to catalog production (four catalogs annually). I collaborated with the Marketing team on our email marketing program, providing creative content.I worked with our Social Media team to expand and vary the content of UncommonGoods’ blog.I helped to develop the company’s brand voice, serving as project lead for the first comprehensive copy guide.

Responsible for all aspects of research, documentation and interpretation of this National Historic Landmark, five related buildings, and their collections of furnishings and art glass.Edited, contributed to and produced the first comprehensive catalog of Frank Lloyd Wright's art glass for the Martin House Complex.Contributed to design and exhibition content for new Martin House visitor center, the Eleanor & Wilson Greatbatch Pavilion, designed by Toshiko Mori Architect (completed 2009); participated in design committee; researched, secured and interpreted image assets for exhibition components and film; wrote interpretive text. Developed public tour content and coordinated annual Docent Training program, including production of new Docent Training DVD (2008).Produced two-volume Historic Furnishings Report for the Darwin D. Martin House.Collaborated with conservators and administrators at the New York State Bureau of Historic Sites to direct conservation of major furnishings collection designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Darwin D. Martin House.Led research and recovery efforts for historic furnishings and artifacts, adding fifteen pieces of art glass and numerous furnishings and objects to the collection.Secured consistent grant funding from the New York State Council on the Arts to support curatorial and educational activities; responsible for complete grant cycle, including budget development, application writing, administering funds, developing and implementing assessments and writing final reports.Developed and implemented Speakers Series, concerts and other public programming.Facilitated production of nationally televised PBS production, Frank Lloyd Wright's Buffalo.Organized and promoted exhibitions such as Mori on Wright: Designs for Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House Visitors Center and Restoring Wright (in collaboration with Heinz Architectural Center).Developed and implemented collection management and documentation systems.

Developed and produced interpretive literature and educational programming related to all exhibitions.Collaborated with the Director and other staff to direct use and interpretation of the museum's permanent collection of modern and contemporary art.

Developed and implemented all educational programming, including programs for primary and secondary students, university students, and adults.Managed Empire State Partnership program in collaboration with Lewiston-Porter High School-an interdisciplinary, arts-in-education partnership for grades 9 - 12 that was cited as one of the top such collaborations in the state and included in a documentary produced to publicize the program.
