I served in the U.S. Army from 1981-1985. I began my Edward Jones career in 1987 as a financial advisor in St. Augustine, FL, then moved to Dublin, GA. In 2001 I moved to Cumming, GA. I attended Kirkland Community College in Roscommon, MI. I graduated in 1986 summa cum laude with a degree in associate arts with an emphasis in business. I am a limited partner of Edward Jones; I received my CFP® certification in 1993. The Certified Financial Planner Broad of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board's requirements for professionalism in financial services. In 1999 and 2000, I qualified to attend the Edward Jones annual Managing Partner's Conference, an honor reserved for the firm's top 300 advisors. I've been married to my wife, Nancy, since June 1986. We have a daughter, Alexis, who is a graduate of North Georgia College and a son, Eric, who graduated from Kennesaw State University.
