This effort introduced the concept of vendor self-serve into the Quidsi vendor relation model.- Responsible for migrating of Quidsi’s Catalog (1.3M records) into Amazon Catalog systems; I managing remote resources (India) and developed a systematic process of data ingestion. Completing this activity enabled Quidsi to effectively sell on Amazon Prime, resulting in $100M in revenues from sales and the #1 3P seller on Amazon in 2015.
