CurrentLeading teams of CSMs in multiple Global Health Care Life Sciences (HCLS) accounts, focused on hiring, on-boarding, training, and developing new Customer Solutions Managers from internal and external sources.• Accelerating time to value and cloud journey of AWS customers through program management excellence, change management readiness, and ensuring our customers meet or exceed their business goals.• Key member providing input/strategy for business development and sales management teams, ensuring success and growth in our customers cloud journey.• Responsible for the needs of CSM teams, setting KPIs and measuring goals, coaching and mentoring employees, and contributing to the overall evolution of the technical delivery function.• Coaching direct reports in the skills needed to successfully lead teams, manage cadences and having the wherewithal to help our customers work backwards.• Guiding and motivating the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices.• Building deep relationships with decision makers within customer accounts in order to enable them to be “Cloud advocates."• Customer advocate within AWS, representing the customers’ technical interests, generating insights, removing obstacles, and influencing engineering roadmaps.• Acting as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
