I am a former Royal Canadian Navy Maritime Warfare Officer with experience in military operational planning and tactical execution. I have a passion for training development and instruction after ten years of assisting in the training and development of fellow sailors as bridge watchkeepers, officers of the day, petty officers of the watch, and Naval Security Team members. Example-based leadership and team building are critical and form the backbone of my approach to leading change.I am mastering how to safely and properly operate the People's Chariots for BC Transit. After 15 years of excersing charge of His Majesty's Canadian Warships, I look forward to consolidating my skills and proudly serving my local community as a Transit Operator. When I am not mastering large moving objects on land, sea and air, I am probably found reading a book about investing or roaming outside with my Sony camera. I also have bum kidneys but thanks to the selfless-act of a living, breathing angel I was given a live-donor transplant in 2024.(All opinions expressed on this account, directly or implied, are my own and do not represent those of my employer or their affliates.)
