Every Sunday morning at 7:00am, I host a run club on Ruston Way called Tacoma Run Club. We start at Anthem Pt Ruston location and run 3-5 miles along Ruston Way. The goal of the run club is to create a community of people looking to better themselves through running/exercise and connecting with others that are doing the same, creating a strong accountability and motivation system.

Opportunity Has No Offseason is a peer-to-peer Mentorship Group that focuses on Personal and Professional growth. Each session offers a guest speaker, along side myself as the Host, telling business and personal stories/advice to a group of individuals attending the live event. Each guest specializes in an area of business or personal growth and ends with a social gather after the event to connect with others.

As the Chapter Head, my duties consist of organizing and asking for donations to help fulfill kits to distribute to the community, as well as plan Skate For Change events, provide resources to other Skate For Change members and create collaborations with other brands to spread awareness about homelessness and how to help to make a bigger impact within our communities.Skate for Change chapters across the globe take a look at what their community needs, and then take action.Whether it is handing out socks, or cleaning up parks, Skate for Change is all about your town, and your city. As Director of Operations I am responsible for executing overall operational strategy, overseeing the manufacturing/production, leading performance management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives, in addition to problem-solving and process & people development.

As the Vice President, my responsibilities are wide spread in all areas of the business but not limited to: Sales & Marketing, eCommerce, Growth, Operations, Business Development, IT Management, Leadership & Employee Growth. I have been co-responsible for building out the entire infrastructure of the business. Creating, implementing and maintaining the Sales & Marketing Strategy, conceptualizing, developing and implementing custom back-end workflow software that integrates with our existing systems or upgrading current systems to be more efficient and effective and scale with the increase in order count and revenue.From an operational stand-point, I am responsible for reviewing work-flow and find new ways to become more efficient and eliminating waste. From decreasing the amount of steps in the Production process but also researching and procuring new machinery to become more effective in output. Managed the entire process of researching, developing and implementing the current eCommerce website with our Development & Marketing Team. The entire eCommerce system is custom built with in house development team and built a custom back-end work-flow software to track all orders that are in the system. I manage the process in which we implemented the new 'work in progress' check-points to identify where all work-orders are at with a click of a button. This was created out of a necessity for new business development. As the data showed that our customers were looking for a better solution to order their products, I have been creating the new system to cater to the customer needs while simultaneously increasing business. From a leadership stand-point, I mentor and coach the executive staff in each department, providing directly counsel, mentoring and coaching to the high level and mid level management team.
