* Directly responsible for Multan region Power maintenance project of Warid Network comprising of 800 sites.* Responsible of customer dealing including different types of routine reporting and meetings.* Responsible for regional routine client coordination, Resource management, spares management, cost optimization and follow up for all relevant activities* Implementation of HQ / regional policies to save inputs and proactive and innovative approach on it to get maximum outputs.* Responsible for overall regional Power maintenance project of Warid Network including PM/CM and major rectification activities of Diesel Generators(20-660KVA) and all related power(PIB, ACDB, ATS) issues* Regional representative for introducing DC generators (up to 7-KW) in the telecom field and afterwards carrying their operation and maintenance remotely on GSM based communication* Management and customer relationship keeping an eye on technical and quality aspects of the task andcompany benefits to get maximum outcomes so that company and customer trust both can be achieved.

o Review regional performance indicators (KPI, MTTR, TCH and OMT etc…) in order to ensure customer satisfaction and KPI targets are met. Taking appropriate actions and ensure execution of defined workings for improving these key parameters. Ensure that the regular/assigned tasks are planned, executed and accomplished within their agreed timelines with Customer/HQ.o Implementation of HQ / regional policies to save inputs and proactive and innovative approach on it to get maximum outputs.o Ensure staff performance is reviewed regularly and plans are designed and executed for adequate training and development in order to improve performance and productivity.o Managing the supply chain of spares, hardware and other necessary stuff required for operational activities.o Responsible of customer dealing including different types of reporting and meetings.o Managing regional cash flow and monitoring PRT cycle to improve internal margins while keeping an eye on activities execution is ensured properly.o Analysis of daily based outages, pointing out weak areas and further planning of their rectifications till the issues are resolved and performance is updated.o Managing the resources (Cash, HR, Spares etc...) for smooth regional activities.o Responsible to ensure regional PM cycle, Audit conducting and rectifications submission, TXN optimization and improvement, Commercial Power and DG related activities to ensure proper power backupo Applying a positive way of possibilities to create new operational relations and as a result of synchronizedcoordination, obtaining better scores in all aspects.o Management and customer relationship keeping an eye on technical and quality aspects of the task andcompany benefits to get maximum outcomes so that company and customer trust both can be achieved

o Manage regional performance while monitoring network basic key elements like KPI, MTTR, TCH, outages etc…o Supply chain and resources management in the regiono Analysis of daily based network failures, pointing and planning strategy to resolve weak areas and follow up till they are done.o Managing the resources (Cash, HR, Spares etc...) for smooth regional activities.o Responsible to ensure regional PM cycle, Audit conducting and rectifications submission, TXN optimization and improvement, Commercial Power and DG related activities to ensure proper power.o Maintenance and major rectifications of WAPDA transformers and Diesel generators including major overhauling and alternator rectifications.

o Regional Microwave transmission monitoring and ensure proper stats.o Operation and maintenance of Alcatel, Ericsson, DG com and Huawei RTN Microwave to ensure proper media availability.o Responsible for quality audits conducting and rectification to assure customer satisfaction on teams working in the field.o Spares management including Telco spares issuance and submission with proper documentation from warehouse and managing their utilization in the region efficiently.o Responsible for regional reports and submitting of in time feedback on daily basis

o Responsible for all type of network availability and maintenance for assigned cluster.o Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance along with optimization and improvement activities in routine.o Responsible for proper equipment functionality and service availability while monitoring all transmission, BTS, Commercial Power, Diesel generators proper working and maintenance, DC backup.
