• Facilitating the Management of Askari Business Group for developing its strategies by identifying & researching human resources issues and planning to manage the identified human resource issues • Identification of weaker areas in policies & procedures of the company, revision of policies with the passage of time and ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedures• Developing KPI in line with departmental and especially with organization objectives by estimating, forecasting the anticipating resources and ensure proper control on budget & resources• Ensure effective implementation of human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including staffing, training and development, compensation, health and welfare benefits, human resource management system, safety and health, employee relations, discipline and retention• Managing of human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.• On the basis of requirement of human capital (its skills, knowledge, experience & the like), preparation of Job Descriptions, and keep all these job description up to date with the passage of time and change in requirements of specific job; prepare procedures, methods and guidelines for achievement of organization objectives • Keep close liaison with Govt Departments/agencies officials to handle all labor matters/issues; advising management on needed actions to enforce labor laws • Use Human Resource Information System to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization’s human resources (HRIS)

 Provide assistance in developing organizational structure, plans and departmental objectives.  Provide assistance in developing, maintaining and monitoring HR policies and procedures and make plans for its effectiveness. Coordination with all divisions, branches and departments for their human resource needs Development of job description of new position and update existing positions Handle all recruitment and selection process in prompt and efficient manner Conducting training need assessment and evolving HRD plans for the employees in systematic manner Conduct quarterly performance appraisal and identification of weaker areas that needs improvement Conduct exit interview of leaving employees to identify weak areas in business process
