My primary responsibilities in this role were to• Inspect fire alarm control panels (FACP), smoke detectors (SD), heat detectors (HD), manual call points (MCP), sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers in tenants and follow up for corrective actions to fix potential hazards. • Issuance of permit to work (PTW) after indicating potential hazards and after ensuring PPEs required for the job. • Inspect fixed firefighting equipment (fire hose reels, fire hydrants, and landing valves) at all malls.• Inspect lifting gear, i.e., crane, seizer lift, cradle lifter, fork lifter, etc.• Inspect the FM 200 fire suppression system.
