Currently assigned as a Mechanical Supervisor for the O&M of Saudi Aramco District Cooling Plant with a capacity of 40,000 tons of refrigeration.Assist in designing and developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and technical approaches.Supervise the Mechanical maintenance of the district cooling plant and coordinate with the system control for dispatch operation, Plant Manager, and Mechanical maintenance teams. Preparation of equipment Annual Preventive Maintenance Calendar.Schedules Preventive and Corrective maintenance works of the mechanical team.Analyze breakdown problems and formulate maintenance actions to prevent recurrence.Coordinates with Operation departments in developing programs to improve plant reliability and efficiency.Effective manpower management and control in Planning shift activities and allocating work for achieving monthly targets.Scheduling and Maintaining Preventive and corrective Maintenances of all Mechanical and chiller equipment,Preparing all Maintenance and working procedures with safety recommendations.Monitoring routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment regularly for higher productivity and efficiency. Inspects equipment like Cooling Towers, Gear Box, compressors, and pumps to detect malfunctions.Ensures safe work for all technicians by reviewing the Work Permit System and providing all necessary PPE.Conducts safety meetings weekly and whenever required ensuring safety instructions are followed.Monitor spare parts, and expenditures and control the cost.Review spare parts stock and recommend a level adjustment to meet maintenance requirements.Finds and evaluates skill gaps and recommends training for technicians to increase their competency.Develop standard maintenance procedures to ensure all the minor and major equipment repairs would follow vendor-recommended procedures and engineering standards.Commissioning of pumps based on the recommended procedure submitted by the vendor
