Directed the company's marketing and manufacturing activities across four product lines - gasoline, lubricants, chemicals, and jet fuel. The company markets fuels and lubricants through a retail network of 200 service stations as well as a comprehensive distributor network, and through its aviation operation at Beirut International Airport. Organization has over 100 employees and annual turnover in excess of $250 million. Led the due diligence and valuation of the competitor, as well as the negotiation of a majority stake in the new merged company.
