HSBC Bank - Project Delivery Manager:Managed the implementation of the initiation phase for HSBC’s global Retail Business Banking proposition in Argentina.Led the creation of functional requirements, delivery plans and resource/cost plans while considering compliance laws such as KYC, AML, among others with multiple teams situated in different sites/countries.Established the project’s overall governance structure and headed all governance meetings with entire group of stakeholders that led to the proper execution and oversight on delivery plans.
