Official Instructor (Ministry of Education A2 Instructor):- Conducted over 50 official training sessions both in-person and online, engaging with over 1500 on-site teachers. Engaged with a wide range of audiences, covering both introductory courses and in-depth platform certification instructor training.Training Course Development:- Asynchronous Online Certification: Developed online certification courses to provide learners with greater flexibility in time and space, while also optimizing the utilization of full-time instructor resources. Designed courses with a gradual learning curve and gamified progression to enhance completion rates. Since 2022, conducted 13 cohorts with approximately 400 participants, achieving an average completion rate of over 50%. This resulted in the certification of 218 teachers (compared to a typical online course completion rate of 5-15%).- Revamped Instructor Training Course: Redesigned the existing 12-hour instructor training course, achieving a participant satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5.

As a Sales And Service Team Lead (2018.08~2020.01):- Led 6 members sales and marketing team to serve and promote our product to target user - teachers in school, and made the result of more than 1,000 teachers use our website deeply every week.As a Project Manager (2014.07~2018.07, 2020.02~2021.04):- Led 4 members team to train and accompany 55+ teachers in 22 non-profits after-school care agencies, to let them use Junyi Academy and ran "Methics Camps" to elevate the learning motivation of disadvantaged students.- Initiated a 3 years project collaborate with 2 counties' departments of education and 20 schools and improving student's scores 30% per year in the experimental classes.- Hosted 6 online game-based campaigns target to students, teachers, and parents, and over 100,000 users participated. - Promoted HOC (Hour of Code) in Taiwan in 2016. Spreading the idea that everyone can experience how to coding and having computational thinking by playing easy and funny coding games. Our campaign resulted in 960,000 people attended the campaign that year in Taiwan, was ranked 1st in Asia, and 9th in the world. - Initiated our first intern recruitment, and retain until now.
