Responsible for the development, implementation and overall direction of assigned university initiatives/programs, including but not limited to fiscal/budget management, strategic planning and personnel management. Assign trustee rights, create user accounts and login scripts. Develop and Install operating systems, workstations, print servers, and administer security rights. Manage procurement process for a select group of items. Accountable for dollar inventories averaging $7,000,000 on nearly 3000 dairy and frozen items, while purchasing an average of $1,800,000 per week. Monitor and act on system reports to lower overall cost of goods while maintaining goals for dollar inventory and service level. Monitor and analyze reports to insure proper item and vendor level data are updated in the buying system daily. Manage all appropriate investment, turn, and promotional buys insuring the correct quantities are purchased at the correct time, and the correct price.

Accountable for analyzing, developing and implementing proposals for pricing strategies for products sold in 150+ stores in order to achieve category objectives of sales, gross profit and market share, while maintaining price integrity and competitiveness in the market. Coordinate precise implementation of advertising promotions and regular pricing strategies by format and market, while evaluating the impact made to stores, margin, and movement.
