In comparison to the pre-existing satellite data link, the operating cost decreased in 40% and the data bandwith increased 1250%.Interconnected seven (7) remote branch offices getting 400% bandwitdh incrase and reducing the operating cost in 60%. Implemented a Service Desk for handling the request, questions, problem reports from internal clients based on ITIL v3 good practices. Gaining a 50% overall reduction of closing tickets.Designed and implemented the network infrastructure for the new corporate offices which double the number of workstations from 75 to 120. This project was done within the timeframe and approved budget.Moved the main data center from the Corporate Offices to a Colocation Site located within Panama Banking Center. The outage incidents decreased by 85% and the time to restore was 80% faster. The move last 2 days during a weekend with less than 5 hours loss time.

Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the whole IT and telephony (VoIP based) infrastructures. The IT infrastructure included a Netgear core switch, firewalls Fortinet. The servers were hosted on rack located in a commercial IDC in City of Knowledge. The telephony system was a Elastix server (Asterisk based). The phones were Aastra SIP phones. The file, print, DHCP, DNS, and directory services were based on Windows Server 2003. The users computers (28) ran Windows 7 Professional Edition.
