I am a dedicated and experienced Agile Development Product Owner with unique skills and knowledge in the Higher Education sector, Higher Education software R&D and in professional consulting. I possess deep understanding of Higher Education needs in the United States and globally, and can effectively translate them to software development processes.By using my expert skills in leading Agile teams to develop solutions we have been able to meet the changing needs of administrative, student and faculty users. I have been successful in creating and enhancing great products because of my thoughtful, mature listening skills, and the critical thinking that I bring to the table when communicating and problem solving. As a result of my exposure to thousands of higher education customers students and administrators, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique inner-working of Higher Education processes. I have used these skills and experience to bring development teams together with end-users to align technology solutions to meet institutional needs through creating and enhancing great products. The software solutions I worked to help develop most recently are among the most successful and highly adopted applications in the organization's current product suite. I pride myself in my mature communication, presentation and listening skills to assess customer needs and interpret them effectively with technology teams. These skills have allowed me to implement innovative ideas to reach team and customer goals and objectives.
