Oversaw the fast track construction of The Dirt Track at LMS- a 15,000 seat state of the art dirt track racing facility and the Ford Grandstand- a 25,000 seat multi-use grandstand facility with suites, open air boxes, entertainment, dining and fan appreciation areas.
