Expanded role to produce engaging visuals and videos for social media, actively contributing to marketing campaign strategies. Managed end-to-end design processes for various product branding, offline assets (catalogs, posters, POS materials, van wraps), and online assets (product images, email footers, web banners, social media graphics, videos).

“Intarsia” is a knitting style used to knit picture charts. I wanted to be the STAR of intarsia thus Instarsia was born.When I started Instarsia I had to knit all my designs by hand, this limited the number of designs I was able to publish. I created a photoshop macro that could read my original pixel art illustrations and transpose the image stitch by stitch onto the front of all my base knitwear. By doing this I can show knitters what the finished chart will look like on all my knitting patterns from cushions to sweaters of all sizes babies to adults. This is unique in the industry and makes my brand stand out as no other company demonstrates its designs on this scale.I have taken Instarsia to yarn and craft shows across the north of England. I create a stall layout to best exhibit my knitwear to knitters old and new. My patterns are printed at A5 size so that they are perfect for knitters on the go. I opted for eco-friendly envelopes over plastic bags, the envelopes are also perfect for shipping and a great storage solution for customers.

In 2010 I was able to secure a work-placement at Canalside Studios,a small games studio located within the Huddersfield University campus. With the studio team I developed a number of touch-screen games which may now be played at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. I also worked as lead artist for a point and click game produced for use at “Researchers' Night”- 2012, a Europe-wide event held every year on the last Friday of September.
