Developed corporate websites, using WordPress, for startup companies and replicated sites templates for their distributors. Provided front-line tech support on all clients websites. Managed and maintained streaming video accounts, using Amazon S3 and Cloudfront, to distribute the client’s video messages to their customers/clients. * Architected a design for an iPhone Application in Balsamiq to manage and track a mentor’s call history, e-mail history, goals, and in person meetings with their protégés* Created a backup script that automatically downloaded a rolling 30 days worth of tar ball backups of client’s websites from a remote server, stored it locally, and synced with an offsite Amazon S3 instance.* Worked with the Exigo API to create a client site that verified if the site visitor was a customer of the company and if so, provided them with the appropriate content for download/purchase.

Managed, upgraded, and maintained the Commission’s main agency website in Drupal, the Libraries Linking Idaho (LiLI) Portal in PHP, and the agency’s Intranet site in Drupal. Designed Drupal website themes that libraries in the state of Idaho could use, free of charge, as part of the E-Branch in a Box program. Assisted customers so they could find content on the agency’s website and assisted with password/access requests to the online databases the agency subscribes to and provides free of charge to Idaho citizens (the LiLI Portal).* Moved static webpage content from the existing Commission’s website in to the Drupal Content Management System for easier management, submission, and approval.* Participated in the Commission’s Web Presence initiative, named E-Branch in a Box, to provide web site solutions for libraries in the state of Idaho.* Created an automatic backup strategy for the Commission’s 75+ websites to have redundant copies of the website’s assets (pictures, PDFs, Word docs) and databases

Provided custom website designs for customers using straight HTML, PHP, Drupal, or WordPress. Updated existing sites to be more World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Standards compliant by removing outdated coding (e.g. font tags) and moving styling elements into Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). * Donated development time to non-profit companies so they could have a decent web presence with a minimal impact on their budget. * Consulted clients on social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Blogging) integration in their websites and how to engage their clients using these platforms* Mocked up, designed, and coded client websites as needed.
