Director Of Administration
The landscape of service delivery in the legal sector of Pakistan is highly inefficient. Realizing the gap for the need, this startup was initiated to test service delivery models using information technology to enable case management and design a digital law firm. The firm uses action-based research to identify service delivery gaps and suggest improvements using proof of concepts in pilot interventions. Consultant Institutional Assesment
FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Areas) was administered under special laws in Pakistan. The region was a hotbed of terrorism and through a constitutional amendment, the federal government merged these districts with the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The amendment allowed for all services available to other citizens in the settled districts of Pakistan were to be extended to the newly merged districts. The Right to Services Commission (RTS) was established through an Act of the provincial legislation and is responsible for the enforcement of service delivery of notified services by departments within stipulated timelines. As a consultant for RTS Commission, I undertook an institutional assessment study to identify the state of service delivery in the merged districts with a focus on two sample districts for a subset of notified services. The study identified issues in the state of service delivery in departments and data collection around key processes. Based on the findings the report has provided recommendations to the Provincial Government and RTS Commission on how to improve the state of service delivery by departments working in the newly merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Chief Secretary's Delivery Unit has been established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to assist monitoring and efficient execution of development projects in former districts of Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
