I have recently taken on a new role in asset management, where my responsibilities include overseeing, managing, and tracking both the physical and accounting records of fixed assets. My key tasks include:- Conducting analysis of new company investments for accounting recognition.- Ensuring the accuracy of fixed asset accounting records in relation to acquisitions.- Monitoring physical and records the transfer of fixed assets.- Ensuring compliance of fixed assets with regulations related to depreciation and revaluation.- Coordinating with units that utilize fixed assets to monitor asset usage.- Collaborating with the Technical Unit to oversee the maintenance of fixed assets conducted by their teams.- Capitalizing fixed assets as required, in accordance with applicable policies.- Ensuring that all records comply with financial accounting standards.- Managing and maintaining detailed records related to the registration of fixed assets.- Handling the balance and accounting records of fixed assets across Indonesia.- Conducting in-depth reviews for the disposal of fixed assets, as approved by the Board of - Commissioners and the Minister.- Identifying and analyzing government investments in the form of non-cash State Capital Injections (PMN).

This is a new challenge for me to take responsibility of accounts and transactions occur in headquarter related to implementation of SAP in our company (BUMN). I really interested to learn about it and involve into process of daily transactions and monthly financial reporting by SAP.I responsible to maintain several balance sheet account and also verifiy in detail all supporting document of transactions. The processes of my responsibility are :- Understanding many contract of projects to ensure the calculation and payment is accordance,- Established communication to other divisions (related to payment document they submitted),- Calculating account payable,- Calculating VAT,- Withholding tax,- Revaluation of exchange rates,- Create accounting journals into SAP and maintain accounts (AR,AP,expenses,accrual,VAT,withholding tax,etc),- Reconcile inter-division intermediary account,- Reconcile the Account Payable of Ministry of Transportaion,- Ensure the accrual account has been journalized.

This is new for me as accounting officer in aviation industry. AirNav is state owned enterprises (BUMN). It is the one and only air navigation provider in Indonesia.AirNav Indonesia gave me responsibility to :- Handle accounting journals for income all over branches,- Processing the production data that generated from billing department,- Journal into general ledger and account receivable,- Maintained the branch-headquarter intermediary account (Aceh, Kendari, Tarakan, Makassar, Nabire, Merauke),- Issued the debit/credit notes to each branches in my responsibility.
