I always thought my dream was to be an investment banker. It seemed like an appropriate dream given my degree in Economics, but whilst applying for the hundreds of finance related graduate programs I knew something didn't feel right.I've always loved technology. As a child, I spent thousands of hours on the family computer trying to understand how it worked and seeing what I could do with it, often taking it out of action for days at a time for the rest of my family. It was when I discovered a Computer Science conversion course at Birmingham University that I realised I could build a career around my love of technology.I'm a data driven technology leader with a passion for developing people in my team. I build diverse, hard-working teams that care about customer outcomes and like to have fun whilst doing it.
