Senior Manager Creative Services
Current• Lead the creative direction and execution of strategic projects.• Develop creative guidelines, design principles, and best practices for brand and content strategy.• Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual expressions across all communications.• Collaborate with marketing leads, business stakeholders, and external partners to guide design projects and marketing campaigns.• Build and manage a network of creative partners, including agencies, producers, and talent.• Partner with research and customer insights teams to ensure competitive and best-in-class creative output.• Manage the creative execution of the bank’s various product and service portfolios.• Ensure design applications adhere to regulatory requirements.• Oversee the quality assurance of creative work produced by internal teams and external partners.• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior, translating them into actionable recommendations for design and innovation.• Drive creative ideation through regular brainstorming sessions focused on brand design and breakthrough creative.• Develop and communicate creative and design policies and procedures for governance.• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to privacy, copyright, data protection, and other legal frameworks.• Lead analytics to understand what drives effective creative, design, and content.• Implement robust measurement frameworks to inform future creative decisions.• Manage the sharing ecosystem for design galleries and tools.• Advocate for designers and ensure a balance between creative excellence and business results.
