My internship at Teamplay@NAC is about adding two new target groups to the project Football4Life. This target groups will be seniors and disabled people and two new sports concepts will be initiated with the names Football4Life Allstars (disabled people) and Football4Life Extra Time (seniors). The goals of this project are to realize a healthier lifestyle at participants, increase sportparticipation of the target groups, reducing obesity and encourage participation in a regular sports association.
